Full-day event for oboists and bassoonists of all ages and skill levels.
The Chicago Double Reed Festival is an annual, full-day event featuring expert clinicians, masterclasses, and opportunities for musicians to connect. The event is open to oboists and bassoonists of all ages and skill levels from Chicago and beyond.
The festival culminates with a faculty recital and double reed choir performance (including all participants).
Past clinicians include William Buchman, Dr. David Cyzak, Lisa Kozenko, Marissa LeFevre, Nora Anderson Lewis, and more.
