ARTSLINK NORTH is an alliance of arts and cultural organizations that seeks to celebrate and connect the public to the rich and vibrant cultural scene in Lake County, Illinois and surrounding communities.

Embracing the vibrant arts and culture of Lake County, Illinois, ARTSLINK NORTH stands as a beacon of connection and celebration, uniting not-for-profit organizations to showcase the diverse talents and rich cultural tapestry of the region.

With a population exceeding 700,000 in 2023, Lake County thrives as a hub for talented artists, dynamic artistic institutions, and an abundance of cultural events. The inception of ArtsLink North heralds a new era of accessibility, offering a user-friendly platform that effortlessly navigates the myriad performances and events happening across the county.

Through a comprehensive calendar system, both members and the public can easily access vital information such as event details, locations, timings, and ticket prices, ensuring that the essence of Lake County’s cultural scene is just a click away.

Mission

To serve as the primary source of information for arts events and experiences in Lake County, Illinois, activate and encourage participation in the arts, enable connections, promote and communicate the economic benefits of the arts, serve as a vehicle for resource-sharing and collaboration among arts organizations in order to increase their economic viability and advocate for the arts at all levels of government for funding and support.

ARTSLINK NORTH is dedicated to fostering artistic expression and cultural enrichment in Northern communities by providing access to resources, educational programs, and collaborative opportunities for artists of all disciplines.
