Children's Theatre Company

Children’s Theatre Company is a premier musical theatre organization dedicated to inspiring and empowering young performers through the transformative magic of musical theatre. Our mission extends beyond the stage—we cultivate creativity, confidence, and connection by teaching essential life skills through the arts.

Our Story:
At Children’s Theatre Company, we believe every child has a unique voice waiting to be heard. Our small, supportive theatre programs create a nurturing space where students not only learn the art of musical theatre but also discover the power of storytelling, self-expression, and collaboration. Founded with the belief that the performing arts can shape future leaders, our classes emphasize personal growth, emotional intelligence, and creative exploration.

Our Mission – The Five C’s of Musical Theatre:
Children’s Theatre Company is committed to developing well-rounded young performers through:
•    Confidence: Encouraging children to believe in themselves, take creative risks, and feel proud of their progress.
•    Communication: Teaching vocal projection, active listening, and emotional expression to empower effective communication both on and off stage.
•    Community: Creating a positive, inclusive space where every child feels valued, connected, and part of something bigger.
•    Coordination: Blending movement, music, and acting to enhance body awareness, focus, and storytelling skills.
•    Concentration: Strengthening focus and mindfulness through rehearsals, scene work, and collaborative exercises.

What Sets Us Apart:
•    Inclusive Programming: Every child is given a role, ensuring all students feel valued and seen.
•    Professional Instruction: Led by passionate educators and theatre professionals, our classes blend technique with fun, making musical theatre accessible for all.
•    Character Building: Beyond the spotlight, we teach empathy, responsibility, and the importance of community.
•    Customized Learning: From tots exploring their first stage moments to advanced performers preparing for auditions, we offer programs for all experience levels.

Why Musical Theatre Matters:
At Children’s Theatre Company, musical theatre is more than singing, dancing, and acting—it’s about empowering young voices. Our programs help children find the confidence to express themselves, connect with their peers, and communicate effectively in all areas of life. Whether performing in a community showcase or leading a team project at school, our students gain lifelong skills that prepare them for success both on and off the stage.
